During the Event:
- Weight Capacity: Avoid hanging decorations, lights, or any objects on the poles or from the tent’s fabric unless pre-approved by Tubular Inflatables. Unapproved items may compromise the tent’s structural integrity.
- No Open Flames: Keep all fire pits, grills, and other open flames a safe distance (at least 10 feet) away from the tent.
- Ground Rules: Avoid digging or disturbing the ground near the stakes as this can loosen the tent’s stability.
In Case of Wind or Rain:
- The tent is designed to handle moderate wind and rain conditions. However, if extreme weather occurs, notify Tubular Inflatables immediately for assistance.
- Ensure all sidewalls (if rented) are securely fastened to provide additional protection from rain or wind.
