PRODUCT INFORMATION – POLE TENT RENTALS

👉 WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
✅ Clear Setup Space – The area must be level, free of debris, and clear of animal waste to avoid cancellation. (No refunds for unclean areas.)
✅ Setup Surface – Grass or other soft surfaces. (Concrete and asphalt may require additional arrangements for anchoring—please let us know in advance!)

🚚 DELIVERY & PICKUP:
We deliver to Hubert, Jacksonville, Swansboro, Camp Lejeune, Cape Carteret, Newport, and surrounding areas. (Delivery fees calculated at checkout.)

Delivery Window: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pickup Window: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM (4:30 PM – 6:30 PM during daylight savings)
Need more time? Select the overnight option—early morning pickup may apply if another rental is scheduled.

Pole tents are a classic and elegant solution for outdoor events like weddings, parties, and gatherings. While Tubular Inflatables handles the setup and takedown of these tents, here are some guidelines to ensure the tent is used properly during your event.

Available in various sizes, such as 20x20 and 20x30.
Central poles provide structural support and create a beautiful peaked roof design.

Usage Instructions

During the Event:
- Weight Capacity: Avoid hanging decorations, lights, or any objects on the poles or from the tent’s fabric unless pre-approved by Tubular Inflatables. Unapproved items may compromise the tent’s structural integrity.
- No Open Flames: Keep all fire pits, grills, and other open flames a safe distance (at least 10 feet) away from the tent.
- Ground Rules: Avoid digging or disturbing the ground near the stakes as this can loosen the tent’s stability.
In Case of Wind or Rain:
- The tent is designed to handle moderate wind and rain conditions. However, if extreme weather occurs, notify Tubular Inflatables immediately for assistance.
- Ensure all sidewalls (if rented) are securely fastened to provide additional protection from rain or wind.
Lighting and Decorations:
- Use only lightweight, approved decorations. Avoid anything sharp, heavy, or adhesive-based that might damage the tent fabric.
- Ensure lighting is installed in compliance with safety guidelines provided by Tubular Inflatables.

Safety Guidelines

No Climbing: Do not allow children or guests to climb on or hang from the tent poles.
Electrical Safety: Keep all cords and electrical devices properly grounded and away from water sources.
Supervision: Assign someone to monitor the tent area during the event to address any potential issues.

After the Event

Clearing the Tent:
- Remove all personal belongings, decorations, and trash from the tent before Tubular Inflatables arrives for takedown.
Report Issues:
- If any damages occur during the event, notify Tubular Inflatables immediately to avoid additional charges.
