SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Power Source
Access to a standard electrical outlet within approximately 50 feet of the equipment is recommended.
Stable Setup Area
The speaker and tripod should be positioned on a stable, level surface away from areas where guests could accidentally bump into the equipment.
Weather Protection
Audio and lighting equipment must be protected from rain, standing water, and other wet conditions.

Delivery fees are automatically calculated during checkout.
Delivery Window: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pickup Window: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
(4:30 PM – 6:30 PM during daylight savings)
Overnight rentals are available if you'd like to keep the party going longer.

• The speaker and lighting system should be placed on a flat, stable surface.
• Equipment should be kept under a covered area or indoors to protect it from rain and moisture.
• Please ensure the setup area is clear of water, debris, and obstacles before delivery.
• The speaker tripod requires a stable area for proper placement and safety.
• Please allow adequate space for the LED light system to project properly across the event area.
• For the best experience, we recommend placing the speaker and lights facing the main party or dance area.
• The large party speaker is designed to provide clear sound for backyard parties and events.
• Music can typically be played through Bluetooth or an auxiliary connection from your phone or device.
• Please avoid adjusting system settings or controls beyond normal volume adjustments.
• The LED party light system creates colorful lighting effects for dancing and party atmospheres.
• Lights should remain positioned where our team sets them to avoid damage or tipping.
• Do not move the speaker or lighting equipment after setup.
• Do not allow children to climb on or play with the speaker tripod or lighting equipment.
• Keep drinks and liquids away from all electronic equipment.
• Equipment should not be used in rain, storms, or severe weather conditions.
Our team will deliver, set up, and ensure the speaker and lighting system are operating properly before your event begins. At the end of your rental period, we will return to safely pack up and remove the equipment.
