PRODUCT INFORMATION:
👉 WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
✅ Clear Setup Space – The area must be level, free of debris, and clear of animal waste to avoid cancellation (No refunds for unclean areas).
✅ Setup Surface – Grass, concrete, asphalt, or other level surfaces. (Let us know in advance if setup is on concrete or asphalt to ensure proper anchoring NOTE: SANDBAG FEE WILL APPLY EACH TENT REQUIRES 6.)
🚚 DELIVERY & PICKUP:
We deliver to Hubert, Jacksonville, Swansboro, Camp Lejeune, Cape Carteret, Newport, and surrounding areas. (Delivery fees calculated at checkout.)
- Delivery Window: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Pickup Window: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM (4:30 PM – 6:30 PM during daylight savings)
- Need more time? Select the overnight option—early morning pickup may apply if another rental is scheduled.
⛈ WEATHER POLICY:
- Reschedule with 24-hour notice at no extra cost or receive a credit valid for one year.
🪑 TABLE & CHAIR OCCUPANCY:
- Tents – Various sizes available; let us know your guest count for proper seating arrangements.
- Tables – Seating capacities vary:
- 60-inch round tables: Seats 8-10 guests
- 8-foot rectangular tables: Seats 8-10 guests
- 6-foot rectangular tables: Seats 6-8 guests
- 5-foot rectangular tables: Seats 4-6 guests
- Chairs – Comfortable and sturdy options available for all events.

Usage Instructions

During the Event:
- Stability: The tent will be secured with 50 lb. weights or stakes. Do not attempt to move or adjust the tent’s position.
- No Hanging Objects: Avoid hanging heavy objects from the canopy or frame to prevent damage.
- Weather Considerations:
- The canopy provides protection against light rain, but it is not designed for heavy downpours or high winds. In case of severe weather, contact Tubular Inflatables for advice or support.

Accessories:
- Do not pin or tape decorations directly onto the fabric, streamers, or balloons as this could cause tears or stains
Safety Guidelines
- Electrical Cords: Use outdoor-rated cords if running electricity under the tent and secure them to avoid tripping hazards.
- Open Flames: Maintain a safe distance between the tent and any open flame, heat source, or cooking equipment.
- Supervision: Keep an eye on children playing around the tent to avoid accidental damage or injury.
After the Event
- Clear the Tent Area:
- Remove all personal belongings, decorations, and trash before Tubular Inflatables arrives for takedown.
- Report Issues:
- If the canopy or frame sustains damage during use, inform Tubular Inflatables immediately.
