A reasonably flat and accessible setup area is required.

Please let us know your setup surface when booking so we can determine the appropriate installation and anchoring method.

Weather
Canopies should not be used during unsafe weather or wind conditions. Tubular Inflatables reserves the right to delay, modify, or cancel a tent setup when conditions make installation or use unsafe.

Delivery fees are automatically calculated during checkout.

Delivery Window: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pickup Window: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Overnight rentals may also be available.

Tubular Inflatables Pop-Up Tent is perfect for quick, stylish shade and weather protection at any event. While Tubular Inflatables handles setup and takedown, these instructions help ensure you use the tent safely and effectively.

Sturdy aluminum frame for stability.
Durable waterproof canopy fabric.
Quick and easy setup with telescoping legs for adjustable height.
Optional sidewalls (if rented) for added weather protection and privacy.
Optional Rain Gutter (if rented) for added weather protection between 2 or more tents.

Usage Instructions

During the Event:
- Stability: The tent will be secured with 50 lb. weights or stakes. Do not attempt to move or adjust the tent’s position.
- No Hanging Objects: Avoid hanging heavy objects from the canopy or frame to prevent damage.
- Weather Considerations:
  - The canopy provides protection against light rain, but it is not designed for heavy downpours or high winds. In case of severe weather, contact Tubular Inflatables for advice or support.
Accessories:
- Do not pin or tape decorations directly onto the fabric, streamers, or balloons as this could cause tears or stains

Safety Guidelines

Electrical Cords: Use outdoor-rated cords if running electricity under the tent and secure them to avoid tripping hazards.
Open Flames: Maintain a safe distance between the tent and any open flame, heat source, or cooking equipment.
Supervision: Keep an eye on children playing around the tent to avoid accidental damage or injury.

After the Event

Clear the Tent Area:
- Remove all personal belongings, decorations, and trash before Tubular Inflatables arrives for takedown.
Report Issues:
- If the canopy or frame sustains damage during use, inform Tubular Inflatables immediately.
