SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Clear Setup Space
The setup area must be reasonably level and free of debris, sharp objects, animal waste, low branches, and other hazards.
Remember that this package requires enough room for both the water slide and the 10x20 canopy, along with adequate space for anchoring and guest movement.
Power Source
A standard electrical outlet within 50 feet of the inflatable setup area is required.
Water Source
A working outdoor water connection and garden hose are required for the Sunset Splash Water Slide.
Canopy Setup Area
Additional clear space is required for the 10x20 canopy tent and its anchoring system.
Because the water slide and canopy require separate setup areas and proper anchoring clearance, please make sure your event space can comfortably accommodate the entire package.
DELIVERY AREAS
Tubular Inflatables is a locally owned party and event rental company based in Hubert, North Carolina, proudly delivering water slides and party rentals throughout Eastern North Carolina, including:
Hubert, Jacksonville, Swansboro, Cape Carteret, Emerald Isle, Stella, Maysville, Richlands, Midway Park, Camp Lejeune, Tarawa Terrace, Cedar Point, Peletier, Sneads Ferry, Indian Beach, Newport, Morehead City, Beaufort, and surrounding communities.
Delivery fees are automatically calculated during checkout.
Delivery Window: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pickup Window: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
(4:30 PM – 6:30 PM during daylight savings)
Overnight rentals may be available when needed.
CLEANING AND SAFETY
At Tubular Inflatables, safety and cleanliness are always top priorities.
• The inflatable is cleaned and inspected before each rental
• Tables, chairs, games, and other equipment are inspected before delivery
• Professional setup and safety instructions are provided
• The inflatable and canopy are properly anchored for the approved setup surface
• Adult supervision is required while the inflatable is operating

Tubular Inflatables — Where Every Event Is an Adventure!
To ensure a safe and fun experience for everyone, please review the following information before your event.
• A flat setup area is required for the inflatable water slide.
• Access to a standard electrical outlet within 100 feet of the setup area is required.
• Access to a water hose connection is needed for the water slide.
• Please make sure the setup area is clear of debris, pet waste, rocks, sticks, and sharp objects before delivery.
• If setting up on grass, the unit will be secured with stakes. If setup is on concrete or pavement, sandbags will be used.
• The 18ft Retro Rush Water Slide requires adequate clearance for safe setup.
• Please allow additional space around the inflatable for safe entry and exit.
• Overhead clearance must be free of tree branches, power lines, or structures.
• Adult supervision is required at all times while children are using the inflatable.
• Riders should take turns sliding and avoid climbing up the slide while others are sliding down.
• No shoes, glasses, jewelry, or sharp objects on the inflatable.
• No flips, wrestling, or rough play inside the unit.
• Do not exceed the recommended rider capacity.
• Only one rider should slide down at a time unless instructed otherwise.
• Do not use the inflatable during high winds, lightning, or severe weather.
• The shaved ice / snow cone machine comes with a starter snow cone kit.
• Ice is not included and should be purchased by the customer prior to the event.
• The machine must remain dry and protected from water.
• Giant Yard Pong is designed for backyard play and is suitable for kids, teens, and adults.
• Please use the game equipment as intended and avoid throwing balls near the inflatable.
Our team will deliver, set up, and ensure the equipment is properly secured before your event begins. At the end of your rental period, we will return to safely take down and remove the equipment.
