SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Large Setup Area
The Tubular Mega Event Experience requires a substantial amount of open space because it contains 13 pieces of equipment spread across three entertainment areas.
The final layout must provide appropriate space for:
• Equipment footprints
• Anchoring areas
• Entrances and exits
• Participant lines
• Guest movement
• Appropriate separation between attractions
The 130-foot Coast Crusher Challenge alone requires a significant amount of space, so we strongly recommend discussing your available event area with us when planning this package.
Power Requirements
Multiple inflatable attractions require multiple appropriate electrical circuits.
Exact electrical requirements will depend on the final event layout, equipment placement, and distance from available electrical service.
Generator rentals can be added when sufficient electrical service isn't available.
For schools, churches, military installations, parks, and other large venues, we recommend discussing available power during the planning process so the appropriate electrical setup can be determined before event day.
Setup Surface
A reasonably level, clear setup area free of debris, sharp objects, overhead obstructions, animal waste, and other hazards is required.
Because large-event locations vary considerably, contact us before your event if you have questions about available space, power, access, setup surfaces, or equipment placement.

Tubular Inflatables is a locally owned party and event rental company based in Hubert, North Carolina, providing large-event rentals throughout Eastern North Carolina, including:
Hubert, Jacksonville, Swansboro, Cape Carteret, Emerald Isle, Stella, Maysville, Richlands, Midway Park, Camp Lejeune, Tarawa Terrace, Cedar Point, Peletier, Sneads Ferry, Indian Beach, Newport, Morehead City, Beaufort, and surrounding communities.
Delivery fees are automatically calculated during checkout.
Delivery Window: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pickup Window: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
(4:30 PM – 6:30 PM during daylight savings)
Early setups for schools, military organizations, churches, businesses, and large events can be coordinated when needed based on event requirements and scheduling.
Because of the size of this particular package, we recommend discussing event start time, site access, setup location, and any venue restrictions in advance.
CLEANING AND SAFETY
At Tubular Inflatables, safety and cleanliness are always top priorities.
• Inflatable attractions are cleaned and sanitized before each rental
• Games and equipment are inspected before delivery
• Professional setup and safety instructions are provided
• Inflatables are securely anchored using the appropriate anchoring method
• Equipment placement considers entrances, exits, anchoring areas, and guest flow
• Appropriate operating space is maintained around attractions
• Appropriate attendants and adult supervision should be provided during operation
For large school, church, military, corporate, and community events, having designated attendants or volunteers at individual attractions can also help organize participants and keep activity stations moving efficiently.
