SETUP REQUIREMENTS

Clear Setup Area
The setup area must be level and free of debris, sharp objects, and animal waste to allow safe installation of inflatables.

Power Source
Each inflatable requires access to a standard electrical outlet within approximately 50 feet of the setup location.

DELIVERY AREAS

Tubular Inflatables proudly delivers school event rentals to Midway Park, Camp Lejeune, Stella, Swansboro, Tarawa Terrace, Maysville, Cedar Point, Cape Carteret, Emerald Isle, Peletier, New River, Jacksonville, Sneads Ferry, Indian Beach, Richlands, and surrounding Eastern North Carolina communities.

Delivery fees are calculated automatically during checkout.

Delivery Window: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pickup Window: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
(4:30 PM – 6:30 PM during daylight savings)

Overnight rentals are available if needed for multi-day school events.

RAIN POLICY

If weather becomes an issue, your rental can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no additional cost. Credits issued for weather cancellations remain valid for one year.

CLEANING AND SAFETY

Every inflatable is cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before delivery. Our team will securely set up each inflatable and review safety instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable event.

  • How to Use: Two players race to score the most baskets before time runs out. Perfect for friendly competitions or tournaments.

  • Safety Tips:

    • Only two players at a time.

    • Do not hang on the rims or backboard.

    • Use soft basketballs provided—no outside balls.

⚾🏈🏀 BIG 3 Sports Game

  • How to Use: Participants rotate through baseball, football, and basketball challenges in one inflatable station.

  • Safety Tips:

    • Only one participant per station at a time.

    • Wait until the player ahead has cleared the station before stepping in.

    • Use the provided soft balls for safety.

🏃 Radical Run 30ft

  • How to Use: Two participants start side-by-side and race through tunnels, pop-ups, and climbing obstacles to the finish line.

  • Safety Tips:

    • Two racers at a time only.

    • Remove shoes, jewelry, and sharp objects before entering.

    • No stopping or playing inside the course—keep moving to avoid collisions.

  • How to Use: Participants try their hand at a variety of classic-style inflatable games—great for casual play or point-based competitions.

  • Safety Tips:

    • Only one participant per game station at a time.

General Safety Guidelines for All Inflatables:

  • Adult supervision is required at all times.

  • Participants must remove shoes, glasses, and any sharp objects before entering.

  • No food, drinks, or gum allowed inside inflatables.

  • Keep inflatables clear of animal waste, mud, or standing water before setup.

  • Do not allow participants to flip, wrestle, or roughhouse.

  • In the event of high winds, lightning, or heavy rain, stop all activity and evacuate the inflatable immediately.
