SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Large Clear Setup Area
A large, reasonably level setup area is required to accommodate all seven attractions with adequate room for anchoring, entrances, exits, student lines, supervision, and movement between stations.
Power Requirements
This package includes multiple inflatable attractions and requires multiple appropriate electrical circuits. Exact power requirements depend on the final event layout and distance from available electrical sources.
If sufficient electrical service isn't available at your event location, generator rentals can be added when needed.
Water Source
A working outdoor water source and garden hose are required for attractions being operated with water.
Clean Setup Area
All setup locations must be free of debris, sharp objects, animal waste, overhead obstructions, and other hazards before installation.

Tubular Inflatables is a locally owned party and event rental company based in Hubert, North Carolina, providing school field day and event rentals throughout Eastern North Carolina, including:
Hubert, Jacksonville, Swansboro, Cape Carteret, Emerald Isle, Stella, Maysville, Richlands, Midway Park, Camp Lejeune, Tarawa Terrace, Cedar Point, Peletier, Sneads Ferry, Indian Beach, Newport, Morehead City, Beaufort, and surrounding communities.
Delivery fees are automatically calculated during checkout.
Delivery Window: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pickup Window: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
(4:30 PM – 6:30 PM during daylight savings)
Early school setups can be coordinated when needed based on event requirements and scheduling.
CLEANING AND SAFETY
At Tubular Inflatables, student safety and equipment cleanliness are always top priorities.
• Every inflatable is cleaned and sanitized before each rental
• Equipment is inspected before delivery and setup
• Professional installation and safety instructions are provided
• Inflatables are securely anchored using the appropriate anchoring method
• Attractions are positioned with appropriate operating and access areas
• School staff or designated attendants should supervise attractions during operation
• Students should be grouped appropriately by size and age when using inflatable attractions
For larger school events, we recommend assigning staff members or volunteers to individual activity stations to help organize students and keep rotations moving efficiently.
