PRODUCT INFORMATION:
👉 WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
✅ Clear Setup Space – Area must be free of animal waste to avoid cancellation (No refunds for unclean areas).
⚡ Power Source – Standard electrical outlet within 50 feet of setup location.
🚚 DELIVERY AND PICKUP:
- We deliver to Hubert, Jacksonville, Swansboro, Camp Lejeune, Cape Carteret, Newport, Richlands, and surrounding areas. (delivery fees calculated at checkout).
- Deliveries occur between 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM and pickups between 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM (4:30 PM – 6:30 PM during daylight savings).
- Need to keep it longer? Select the overnight option—early morning pickup may apply if another booking is scheduled.
⛈RAIN POLICY:
- Reschedule for no extra cost with 24-hour notice, or receive a credit valid for 1 year.
🧑👧OCCUPANCY:
- Bounce Houses: 5-8 kids of similar size at a time. (Follow the height and weight requirements on the inflatable)
- Slides: One rider at a time for safety.

- Every inflatable is cleaned and sanitized before your event.
- Our team will provide setup and safety instructions to ensure a worry-free experience.
