WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
✅ Setup Area – Must be a level space FREE OF ANIMAL WASTE. If our delivery team finds animal waste in the setup area, your rental will be canceled without a refund.
✅ Power Source – Requires a standard 110V outlet within 50 feet of setup.
✅ Water Source – A water hose is needed to operate the slide. Don't have one? We rent hoses!
DELIVERY & PICKUP:
🚚 We deliver to Jacksonville, Hubert, Swansboro, Camp Lejeune, Sneads Ferry, Richlands, and surrounding areas. Delivery fees apply and are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery Window: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Pickup Window: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM (4:30 PM – 6:30 PM during daylight savings)
- Need extra time? Select the overnight option (pickup may be early if another rental is scheduled).
RAIN POLICY:
🌧 No stress! Reschedule for another date at no extra charge with at least 24-hour notice, or receive a credit valid for 1 year.
