How to Use the Twister Dunk Tank for Rent

Setting Up the Dunk Tank:

1. Placement:

   • Choose a Safe Location: Set up the dunk tank on a flat, level surface. Make sure the area is clear of obstacles, and there is ample space for the crowd to safely gather around the tank.
   • Ensure Proper Drainage: The dunk tank will need to be placed in a location where water drainage is not an issue. Avoid placing it on uneven ground or areas that could flood.

2. Water Supply:

   • Fill the Tank: You will need a standard garden hose to fill the dunk tank. The tank typically holds a large amount of water (around 500 gallons or more), so ensure you have a nearby water source.
   • Use Clean Water: Fill the dunk tank to the designated level. Check the tank's water line to ensure it's filled appropriately (usually just below the top of the seating area).

3. Safety Measures:

   • Test the Mechanism: Before use, test the dunking mechanism to ensure it's operating smoothly. Sit in the dunk tank and verify that the release mechanism works properly (usually a lever or target to hit to release the seat).
   • Safety Instructions: Make sure everyone using the tank understands the safety guidelines. Only one person is allowed in the tank at a time. The person throwing balls at the target should be positioned at a safe distance.

How to Use the Dunk Tank:

1. Filling the Seat:

   • Position the Participant: The person who will be dunked should sit securely on the seat positioned above the water.
   • Target the Release Mechanism: The dunk tank is equipped with a target or a ball-throwing mechanism. Guests will throw soft, safe balls at the target to trigger the release mechanism.

2. Triggering the Dunk:

   • Hit the Target: When the ball hits the target, the seat will release, and the person sitting in the dunk tank will fall into the water.
   • Encourage Fun: The goal is to aim and hit the target to dunk the participant. Make sure guests understand it’s all in good fun, and the participant is safe to be dunked.

3. Taking Turns:

   • Rotation: Allow each guest or participant a chance to throw at the target. Rotate participants in and out of the dunk tank if desired. Be sure to monitor for safety, and ensure the water remains clean and at an appropriate level.

After Use & Pickup:

1. Emptying the Dunk Tank:

   • Draining the Tank: Once the event is over, you’ll need to drain the dunk tank. This is typically done using a standard hose, but be sure to drain the water away from any sensitive areas like landscaping or electrical outlets.

2. Cleaning:

   • Wipe Down the Tank: After draining the water, clean any parts of the dunk tank that have collected dirt or debris. Wipe down the surfaces with a cloth or sponge. Make sure the dunking seat and target area are clean and free from residue.
3. • Once the event is finished and the dunk tank is emptied, Tubular Inflatables will handle the pickup. Be sure to notify us when you're ready for us to arrive and pick up the dunk tank. We’ll take care of the rest!

Safety Tips:

• Only allow adults or supervised children to operate the dunk tank.
• Ensure the participant in the tank is seated securely.
• Never allow people to climb on or off the dunk tank while it is in use.
• Always have a responsible adult or supervisor present.
