✅ Clear Setup Space – The area must be level, free of debris, and clear of animal waste to avoid cancellation (No refunds for unclean areas).
✅ Setup Surface – Grass, concrete, asphalt, or other level surfaces. (Let us know in advance if setup is on concrete or asphalt to ensure proper anchoring.)
✅ Power Source – A 110V electrical outlet is required to operate the shaved ice machine.
✅ Ice – The machine requires ice to crush, which you'll need to provide.
✅ Syrup & Cones – You’ll need to purchase syrup and cones separately for serving the shaved ice. Tubular Inflatables offers syrup and cones for sale as an optional add-on.
✅ Table – You may need a table to set up the machine. We offer tables for rent if you don’t have one available.
✅ Extension Cord – If the shaved ice machine needs to be set up more than 3 feet from an outlet, you’ll need an extension cord. We can rent you one for your convenience.

We deliver to Hubert, Jacksonville, Swansboro, Camp Lejeune, Sneads Ferry, Richlands, and surrounding areas. Delivery fees apply.
