Folding Tables for Rent

How to Use:

  1. Setup:

    • Unfold the Table: Position the table in the desired location. Grasp the center of the tabletop and gently pull the two halves apart. If the table has a locking mechanism, be sure to lock it in place once it is fully unfolded to ensure stability.
    • Extend the Legs: Fold out the table legs by pulling them downward until they click into place. Ensure all legs are fully extended and locked to provide a sturdy base for the table.
    • Check for Stability: Give the table a slight shake to ensure it is securely positioned. If the table is uneven, adjust the legs until the table is level.

  2. Using the Table During Your Event:

    • Set Items on the Table: Once set up, you can use the table for a variety of purposes such as dining, displaying decorations, setting up a buffet, or for seating arrangements. Ensure that the weight on the table is evenly distributed to prevent tipping or damage.
    • Keep It Clean: If the table gets dirty during the event, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth to maintain its clean appearance.
    • No Sharp Objects: Avoid placing extremely sharp or heavy objects directly on the tabletop to prevent scratches or damage.

  3. Takedown and Cleanup After Use:

    • Clear the Table: After your event, remove all items from the table. This includes any centerpieces, food, or decorations.
    • Fold the Table: To fold the table, release any locking mechanisms (if applicable) and gently fold the legs back underneath the tabletop. Be careful not to force the legs into place if they are resistant.
    • Store Properly: Once folded, the table can be stored upright or on its side, depending on your available space. Make sure it is stored in a safe, dry location to prevent any damage to the surface or legs.

  4. Transporting the Table:

    • Easy to Move: When transporting, simply lift the table by the center or along the edge, depending on its size. If you're transporting multiple tables, you can stack them for ease of movement.
    • Keep It Secure: If the table is being moved in a vehicle, ensure that it is secured to prevent it from shifting during transit.
