✅ Clear Setup Space – The area must be level, free of debris, and clear of animal waste to avoid cancellation (No refunds for unclean areas).
🚚 DELIVERY & PICKUP:
We deliver to Hubert, Jacksonville, Swansboro, Camp Lejeune, Cape Carteret, Newport, and surrounding areas. (Delivery fees calculated at checkout.)
- Delivery Window: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Pickup Window: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM (4:30 PM – 6:30 PM during daylight savings)
- Need more time? Select the overnight option—early morning pickup may apply if another rental is scheduled.

- Reschedule with 24-hour notice at no extra cost or receive a credit valid for one year.

- All tents, tables, chairs, and linens are inspected and cleaned before delivery.
- Our team will professionally set up and secure your tent for a safe and seamless experience.
- Linens must be returned free of excessive stains and damage to avoid cleaning or replacement fees.

Canopy Tent Sidewalls (10x20 and 20x20)
How to Use:

Setup:
- Lay out your sidewalls and ensure you have the correct number of panels for your tent size (10x20 or 20x20).
- For each sidewall, align the Velcro or zipper fasteners along the edges of the tent frame. Ensure that the sidewall is positioned correctly (vertical, not folded or twisted).
- Attach each sidewall to the frame starting at the corners and work your way down the length of the frame. Secure the Velcro straps or zip the panels together to ensure they are tightly attached.

During Use:
- Once all sidewalls are securely fastened, make sure they are pulled taut and straight, with no sagging or loose sections.
- Sidewalls can be used to shield against wind, provide privacy, or block sunlight. If the tent is equipped with windows, make sure they are positioned for the desired light and air flow.

Adjustments:
- You can remove or roll up the sidewalls during the event if you want more open space or ventilation. Simply unfasten the Velcro straps or zippers, and roll the sidewalls to one side.

Cleanup:
- Once your event is over, carefully detach each sidewall, starting from the bottom up.
- Fold the sidewalls neatly and store them in the provided bag or box to prevent damage.
- Ensure the sidewalls are clean and dry before storing to prevent mold or mildew growth.
Tips:
- If the weather is particularly windy, ensure the sidewalls are tightly secured to prevent them from loosening or flapping.
- For extra privacy or warmth, consider using the solid sidewall panels instead of the windowed ones.
