- Stability: The tent will be secured with 50 lb. weights or stakes. Do not attempt to move or adjust the tent’s position.
- No Hanging Objects: Avoid hanging heavy objects from the canopy or frame to prevent damage.
- Weather Considerations:
- The canopy provides protection against light rain, but it is not designed for heavy downpours or high winds. In case of severe weather, contact Tubular Inflatables for advice or support.

- Do not pin or tape decorations directly onto the fabric, streamers, or balloons as this could cause tears or stains
Safety Guidelines
- Electrical Cords: Use outdoor-rated cords if running electricity under the tent and secure them to avoid tripping hazards.
- Open Flames: Maintain a safe distance between the tent and any open flame, heat source, or cooking equipment.
- Supervision: Keep an eye on children playing around the tent to avoid accidental damage or injury.
After the Event
- Clear the Tent Area:
- Remove all personal belongings, decorations, and trash before Tubular Inflatables arrives for takedown.
