SETUP REQUIREMENTS

Large Clear Setup Area
A level, open area with sufficient room for each attraction, anchoring, entrances, exits, student lines, and safe movement between activity stations is required.

Because this package includes four separate inflatable attractions, they do not necessarily need to be positioned directly beside one another. Depending on your school's available space and power, the attractions may be positioned around the event area to create individual activity stations.

Power Requirements
Multiple inflatable attractions require multiple appropriate electrical circuits. Power requirements will depend on the final layout and distance from available outlets.

Generator rentals can be added when adequate electrical service isn't available.

Water Source
A working outdoor water source and garden hose are required for the Sunset Splash 18ft Dual Lane Water Slide.

Clean Setup Area
Setup locations must be free of debris, sharp objects, overhead obstructions, animal waste, and other hazards before installation.

Tubular Inflatables is a locally owned party and event rental company based in Hubert, North Carolina, providing school event and field day rentals throughout Eastern North Carolina, including:

Hubert, Jacksonville, Swansboro, Cape Carteret, Emerald Isle, Stella, Maysville, Richlands, Midway Park, Camp Lejeune, Tarawa Terrace, Cedar Point, Peletier, Sneads Ferry, Indian Beach, Newport, Morehead City, Beaufort, and surrounding communities.

Delivery fees are automatically calculated during checkout.

Delivery Window: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pickup Window: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
(4:30 PM – 6:30 PM during daylight savings)

Early school setups can be coordinated when needed based on event requirements and scheduling.

CLEANING AND SAFETY

At Tubular Inflatables, student safety and equipment cleanliness are always top priorities.

• Every inflatable is cleaned and inspected before each rental
• Equipment is inspected before delivery and setup
• Professional installation and safety instructions are provided
• Inflatables are securely anchored using the appropriate anchoring method
• Equipment is positioned with appropriate operating and access areas
• School staff or designated attendants should supervise attractions during operation

For larger groups, assigning students to groups and rotating them through the four attractions can help keep lines organized and maximize participation throughout the event.
